What’s hot?
Lashier: Production color is hot cost per copy managed print. Production monochrome is also hot for us right now and that might be because of the lack of focus our competitors are putting on it.
What’s not?
Lashier: Our company is much more reactive than proactive and we tend not to push them, but let the customer pull us. We don’t run into a lot of things that aren’t hot because if they’re not hot, we haven’t been pulled in that direction.
