I lie; I’m not always the optimist. I can become as pessimistic as the best of them from time to time. However, after finishing this week’s article on Impact Networking breaking ground on new headquarters and the company’s goal of becoming a $100 million company by 2017, I’m feeling positive about this industry’s future. Impact clearly has a sense of optimism. And I doubt they’re the only dealership that has that feeling. There’s a lot of opportunity out there for imaging technology dealers, not just Impact Networking.
I’m also optimistic after reading the Elite Dealer submissions that I’ve been receiving weekly. Many of these folks are doing well, some growing, some holding steady financially, but all taking advantage of new opportunities to expand their reach within their customer base and within their markets or to maintain their current standing.
New challenges and opportunities should always be a source of optimism. If not, maybe the time has come to move on. But let’s not be pessimistic, there’s still way too much going on within the imaging technology, solutions, and services industry to be anything but optimistic.
Keep those Elite Dealer submissions coming in.
Thanks for reading.
