Cedar Rapids, IA (Aug. 2, 2023) — The Managed Print Services Association, a not-for-profit, volunteer-led association to help further managed print, is pleased to announce its new executive committee and board of directors. Elections were held in June, with two-year terms beginning Aug. 1.
The newly elected MPSA Executive Committee consists of:
President: – Eric Crump: Crump is the director of strategic alliances at RINGDALE, the FollowMe printing company, with over 27 years of industry experience. He leads and develops strategic alliance activities with global OEM relationships and key industry analysts since 2014. Crump began his imaging career at Lexmark, where he served for 18 years, including a significant seven-year assignment in Europe.
Vice President – Barry Burress: Burress currently serves as vice president of business development with Oberon Americas. Burress’ prior roles have included a series of promotions within Virginia Business Systems, preceded by positions with Select Office Systems, Konica Minolta Business Solutions, and Minolta Business Solutions.
Treasurer – Mark Hart: Hart is the vice president of marketing and business development for ACDI. He is responsible for initiating and cultivating key business relationships to help grow revenue in the OEM and dealer channels. Prior to joining ACDI in 2013, Hart served at Lexmark for over 16 years in various leadership roles.
Secretary – Robin Fonck: Fonck, director of strategic technology at GreatAmerica Financial Services, is responsible for the introduction and continual improvement of integrations that automate the transfer of important information between GreatAmerica and its industry partners in order to make business easier for their customers.
“I am honored and humbled to assume the position of President for the MPSA,” said Crump. “Having been part of this incredible association for many years, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. I look forward to working closely with the incoming board and our global members to drive innovation and promote excellence in managed print services.”
The newly elected board of directors consists of ten members: all chosen during the elections, with a mix of legacy leadership and new leadership to the MPSA. Notably, 35% of the board members are located outside the United States.

The 14 members that will guide the MPSA for the next two years have some of the most extensive experience in the imaging channel and represent a wide span of the industry from independent dealers and financial services to OEMs.
