Alexandria, VA (April 11, 2023) — The ISA International Sign Expo 2023 opened in Las Vegas with a solid lineup of pre-conference activities before the tradeshow doors open on April 12. Attendee registration, the number of exhibiting companies and education participation all exceeded expectations and approached or exceeded pre-pandemic levels.
Attendees are able to explore the latest products on the expansive tradeshow floor, with exhibiting companies showcasing products throughout the range of the sign and graphics industry. As the only tradeshow that explores everything from digital signage to print, ISA International Sign Expo annually brings together the sign, graphics and visual communications industry for networking, education and a tradeshow floor.
“It’s so great to be back in Las Vegas for an exhilarating event,” said Lori Anderson, ISA president and CEO. “The buzz has been spectacular in the days leading to the event and I expect that will only grow throughout the next few days. This truly is the only place to see the breadth of innovations in our industry and to connect with peers and partners from around the world.”
Among the highlights beyond the tradeshow floor:
- ISA Rocks, the Industry party, a ticketed event held by the Luxor pool;
- Women Leading the Industry (WLI), a networking breakfast for women and allies;
- ISA Install, a 1:1 networking event pairing installers with national sign companies;
- The Learning Lounge, free bite-sized education events right on the tradeshow floor;
In addition, two hands-on experiences celebrate the skilled artisans in the industry. The ISA Fabrication Experience™ features three separate contests, covering a variety of fabrication practices in the sign, graphics and visual communications industry. Contests are open to all skill levels and include cash prizes. The Never Stop Learning Contest™ is part of the interactive The Wrap Experience™, powered by ISA and the Wrap Institute. The contest brings together wrap experts and beginners for a competitive, instructional and fun experience. Noted wrap installer Justin Pate moderates three instructors who train teams in wrap skills. At the end of each round the group is judged on the quality of their wrap and newfound knowledge while the instructors are judged on the quality of their teaching.
ISA International Sign Expo 2023 runs through April 14 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.
