Fisher’s Technology acquired Microchips Etc., with an office in Twin Falls, Idaho, on March 31.

Melni, founder of Microchips Etc., opened the company in 1992, seeking to provide a computer company that offered 24/7 service. After 30 years in business, Melni decided to seek out a new adventure as an inventor.
