Schaumburg, IL (Aug. 18, 2020) — Pulse Technology, a technology company serving the IT, managed print services and other needs of businesses throughout the Midwest and beyond, has named Leo Khodos of Lake Zurich, Illinois, to the position of account manager.
In this role, he will work with a number of Pulse Technology’s ongoing IT and MPS clients and help with new business development.
Prior to joining the Pulse Technology team, Khodos was a solutions sales specialist with PC Connection in Schaumburg, where he worked in sales and managing accounts for mid-level and enterprise accounts of between 500 and 2,000 employees.
Prior to that, he ran an ethnic media company in Illinois, publishing both Russian and Lithuanian newspapers, 7 DAYS and AIDAS. The publications circulated throughout the Greater Chicago area. This was a natural fit for Khodos, who was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and came to the United States at the age of four.
Currently, he is furthering his education at Indiana Wesleyan University, with an end goal of earning a Masters’ Degree in Cybersecurity. He is also working toward earning CISSP (certified information systems security professional) status.
Working in computers and in IT comes naturally to Khodos, who counts building computers as a hobby, as well as being an avid video gamer. In his spare time, he also enjoys hiking and reading. One of his favorite books is “The Four Agreements,” a book by Don Miguel Ruiz.
He is fluent in English, Hebrew, Italian and Russian He enjoys traveling and has been to the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Israel. He says that his goal is to visit every country in the world.
