Schaumburg, IL (June 1, 2020) — Pulse Technology, a technology company serving the IT, managed print services and other needs of businesses throughout the Midwest and beyond, has named Kendall Harding of Bartlett, Illinois, to the position of human resources coordinator.
She will oversee the company’s HR duties for its Illinois and Indiana locations, including recruiting functions, policies and procedures, and working with the staff and outside agencies on matters including insurance and healthcare providers.
Harding brings a strong resume to her new role at Pulse Technology. She is a former senior corporate recruiter for Chicago-based Freight Management and served as both talent manager and title market manager for KForce, a Chicago area professional staffing firm. She was previously a manufacturing recruiter for OSC Global, a recruiter with Manpower Staffing, and a career coach with American InterContinental University.
And she is no stranger to Pulse Technology; her resume includes a previous role as Corporate Recruiter for Des Plaines Office Equipment, one of the companies now part of Pulse Technology.
Harding is a native of Norfolk, Virginia. She is the mother of three children, and enjoys painting and artwork. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in fine arts from the Illinois Institute of Art, and enjoys painting and drawing. She is also a self-described “car fan” who enjoys car shows and drag races. In her time outside of the office, she volunteers for the Adoption Center of Illinois, as well as the On Your Feet Foundation.
Chip Miceli, president of Pulse Technology, said, “We are pleased to welcome Kendall to our growing team. As our company continues to expand we will seek the best and brightest to join us, and we look forward to Kendall’s help in this critical component of our work. She is a talented professional who will be a great asset to us in the months and years ahead.”
