Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario (March 30, 2020) — Systems Solutions Limited (SSI) is pleased to announce the addition of Mike Fortenberry to our staff. Fortenberry joins SSI as our newest software consultant, providing training and implementation assistance to our growing number of new customers.
Fortenberry is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. While about half of that time was spent in dealership operations — including a decade running his own office products business, he may be best known for his work with dealer software systems. Fortenberry worked for DDMS (and later ECI Software Solutions) for about 16 years and was product manager for the company’s O/M dealer module. He was involved with that project from its inception, soliciting input from customers, developing specifications, working with the programming team to design and test the software, and training dealers in its use.
In addition to providing training on our SSI Edge software, Fortenberry will be helping machine dealers implement JOBTRAK, the service management solution from SSI partner Ontrack Software Limited.
