Prosperity Plus acted as an advisor to John Hand, the owner and CEO of CDS throughout the transaction.
Office Suppliers is an authorized Xerox Agency offering a full line of equipment and services in three counties in south central Pennsylvania. Having Office Suppliers enables CDS to advance its growth strategy while giving Office Suppliers’ customers a higher level of service and selection given the extent and range of the CDS organization.
