Open to office technology dealers from across the country, the event will feature: a keynote address by Joel Boggess, a speaker, media personality and author, who will speak on resilience and overcoming disappointments; a featured session by retired U.S. Air Force Col. Mickey Addison, who will show you how to achieve high performance through values-based leadership; five additional educational sessions led by industry leaders; time to network with peers and exhibiting sponsors, including during a welcoming reception and breaks; and a dinner cruise aboard the Adventure Hornblower, offering views of the San Diego skyline.
Capture the Magic will begin at 2:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 4, with exhibit time, welcoming comments and the keynote address, “Resilience in Action: How to Break Through Obstacles, Stay the Course & Finish Strong,” presented by Boggess. A break, giving attendees time to visit with peers and exhibiting sponsors, will follow. Breaks between sessions on both days will also give attendees additional networking time.
Addison’s session, “Leading Leaders: Inspiring, Empowering & Motivating Teams,” will follow the break. Following his session, a welcoming reception until 7:30 p.m., wrapping up the first day.
The second day of Capture the Magic will begin at 7 a.m. with breakfast, followed by opening comments and the first three educational sessions: “Proactive Prospecting: Converting Interruptions to More Conversations, Opportunities & Revenue,” led by Tibor Shanto, Renbor Sales Solutions Inc.; “Design & Document Your Compensation Plan to Get the Biggest Bang for Your Buck,” led by Luis Gonzalez, SalesScoreKeeper; and “The A4 Revolution,” led by Ray Stasieczko, TEASRA, The Innovation Channel.
