Las Vegas (May 6, 2019) — AIS-Advanced Imaging Solutions Inc. announced it has completed the acquisition of Comworx Inc., which has been serving the telephone, video, and data needs of the greater Las Vegas area since 2003.
The acquisition supports the future expansion plans of AIS. These plans are to promote the continuation of its business technology efforts by providing industry-leading cloud and hosted systems, IP telephony, digital telephony, mobility solutions, on-site phone systems, call center, and call recording. This acquisition and partnership with Comworx allow AIS to focus even more toward VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology solutions.

AIS will combine Comworx operations at their Las Vegas Headquarters location (3865 W. Cheyenne Ave. Suite 505, North Las Vegas, NV 89032). To make this a seamless transition, Comworx customers will continue to interact with the same team members. It will be business as usual except for adopting the AIS name. In the near future, customers will be able to take advantage of a larger sales and support organization to support their business needs.
