Reno. NV (Oct. 12, 2018) — Online Tech Stores (OTS), a leading wholesale distributor of compatible imaging supplies and accessories, based in Reno, NV, announced that Greg Greenwell will succeed Founder Bob Willmes as CEO.
Effective Nov. 1, Greg Greenwell will assume the role of CEO at OTS. Greenwell brings over 20 years of industry experience, having most recently built and sold a successful managed print services (MPS) dealer business, TotalPrint, to Dex Imaging (a leading MPS dealer consolidator with over $300 million in revenue). Greenwell continued with Dex Imaging for the past three years, leading their acquisition strategy and successfully acquired and integrated over a dozen companies for Dex Imaging. Greenwell’s extensive leadership and experience within this industry are well suited for OTS’s aggressive growth plans over the next few years.
“As part of OTS’s succession plan, I’ve made the decision, along with Blackford Capital and the Board, to step away as the company’s CEO,” Willmes said. “During and following this planned transition, I will continue to be involved in the business and continue to serve on the board, and I look forward to helping the company achieve its goals in the coming years on a more strategic basis.”
In partnership with Blackford, Greenwell will continue to grow OTS’ product offering and capabilities to best serve its growing customer base. Greenwell will add a tremendous amount of value to the organization by assisting in the execution of the company’s acquisition strategy and the development of its robust sales infrastructure.
