ID Agent Appoints Hans Morris as Chief Financial Officer

Bowie, MD (June 25, 2018) — ID Agent, the channel’s leading provider of Dark Web monitoring and identity theft protection solutions, has appointed Hans Morris as its new Chief Financial Officer. After an extensive search, Morris has joined ID Agent from Sonatype, a provider of software supply chain automation tools backed by premier venture capital investors, where he was Vice President, Finance. He has over 20 years of experience in finance, operations and strategic planning with high growth technology companies in the metro Washington, DC area.

Prior to Sonatype, Morris was CFO at InfoSnap, the first-to-market cloud-based K-12 school registration solution provider acquired by a leading private equity firm. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Spring Mobile Solutions, a venture capital-backed SaaS provider of mission-critical mobile enterprise applications, as well as MSI, Mars Symbioscience and TECORE Wireless Systems, among other companies. Morris has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Towson State University.
