Cleveland (Jan. 17, 2018) — Meritech Inc., an independently owned provider of managed services and office technology has acquired ACE, a longtime and independent provider of business solutions for the Cleveland area.
Both companies offer business-ready printers and copiers, voice and data services, managed IT, document management, cloud, creative and web services.
The acquisition has created the largest, independent and vendor-neutral provider in Northeast Ohio, representing the latest available technologies from Kyocera, Konica-Minolta, Ricoh and Sharp.
Meritech will continue to operate the ACE brand as “ACE, A Division of Meritech.” Former ACE President MaryBeth Baron will remain closely involved, and ACE employees will also continue aboard the acquired company.
