Doceo-Landis Office Center
Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as the advisor to Landis Office Center and its owners on the sale of their business to Doceo and W.B. Mason.
Landis Office Center’s copier and printer sales and service assets were acquired by Doceo. The office supplies, janitorial/sanitation (jan/san), furniture and toner business assets were sold to W.B. Mason. Terms of the transaction are confidential.
Headquartered in Cumberland, Maryland, Landis Office Center was owned and operated by Richard McKenzie, Jeff McKenzie, Todd McKenzie, Georgene McKenzie and Lori Stafford.
