DEX Imaging LLC, the largest independent dealer of document imaging technology in the United States, announced today the launch of its new managed IT and cybersecurity division, DEXTEK.
For the initial phase of the launch, DEXTEK will service the Cleveland metropolitan area and enter other markets in 2025. This new division will enable DEX Imaging to offer technology solutions specifically to mid-market customers.
DEXTEK President Bill Wosilius said, “I’m excited to launch this new line of business beginning with our first geographic market in Cleveland. DEX’s history in Northeast Ohio with the acquisition of Meritech in 2022 is a great foundation to expand managed IT services in a market that already has a strong base of customers. We look forward to bringing this new capability to other U.S. markets in the near future. We view IT and Cybersecurity as important services, and we want to be our customers’ trusted technology advisors and providers.”
Mid-market businesses with critical IT issues need professional, 24×7 support. DEXTEK offers solutions to these customers to help them plan, build, and maintain their IT operations.
DEX Imaging’s CEO, Dan Doyle Jr, said, “We are pleased to announce the launch of DEXTEK, which facilitates DEX Imaging’s expansion beyond traditional document imaging services. Providing managed IT and cybersecurity services to our customers is critical to our growth and allows us to help our customers address a much broader set of technology challenges.”
