A pair of deals were announced, with Kelly Office Solutions bolstering its market presence in Raleigh, North Carolina, by obtaining Rapid Refill. Meanwhile, security specialist IdentiSys added Capture Technologies, a 70-year-old firm with roots in communications solutions.
Finalized Oct. 1, Winston Salem, North Carolina-based Kelly Office Solutions believes the Rapid Refill addition will enable it to expand its market presence and connect its operations across North Carolina seamlessly. It marks a significant milestone for Kelly Office Solutions as it continues its mission to provide top-notch office solutions from the mountains to the ocean in North Carolina.
The acquisition of Rapid Refill will allow Kelly Office Solutions to further extend its footprint and enhance its ability to service its existing and new customers with even more efficiency and dedication. Kelly Office Solutions CEO Tim Renegar notes the deal will help tie together his company’s network.
