The acquisition parade keeps marching through with a pair of announcements leading into Labor Day weekend. Doceo of York, Pennsylvania, added a pair of Maryland companies to its base that includes Virginia locations, while EO Johnson of Wausau, Wisconsin, acquired Duluth, Minnesota-based ShelDon Business Solutions.
Doceo continues its expansion across the mid-Atlantic with two strategic business acquisitions, both of which have taken place over the past several weeks. It added the assets and employees of Reliable Office Technologies, headquartered in Frederick Maryland, and Business Machines Inc., headquartered just outside of Bel Air, Maryland.
Doceo will add its cybersecurity, IT and print management services to these growing markets. The rapidly growing organization, which already had an office in the Bel Air marketplace, will be moving into a new, larger office there to accommodate the newly acquired Business Machines Inc. customer base. Frederick is a new market for Doceo, and Reliable’s eight employees will soon be moving into a new home base.

EO Johnson-ShelDon Business Solutions
EO Johnson Business Technologies has acquired ShelDon Business Solutions based in Duluth, Minnesota. The move extends EO Johnson’s production print and business technology offerings further north and provides additional support for existing customers in northern Minnesota. The acquisition was finalized on Aug. 31.
“With the acquisition of ShelDon Business Solutions, we are able to enlarge our EO Johnson footprint and expand our Canon partnership into the Duluth, MN area,” said Mary Jo Johnson, CEO and owner of EO Johnson Business Technologies. “Our ability to leverage ShelDon’s skilled sales and service teams will also provide enhanced support to our current northern Minnesota customers. There was a strong cultural alignment with ShelDon Business Solutions, and we are excited to welcome them into the EO Johnson family.”
Companies who rely on ShelDon Business Solutions for their Canon equipment needs will continue to receive the highest level of customer service and have access to the expanded range of products and services offered by EO Johnson.
