A pair of the industry’s stalwart consolidators were back in action this past week with additions to their respective stables. Last Friday, UBEO Business Services snapped up ADS Imaging Solutions of Denver while DEX Imaging shopped locally, tabbing Copyforce Inc. (d.b.a. Gulf Business Sytems) of Sarasota, Florida.
In acquiring ADS, San Antonio-based UBEO reaped a wide-format and technical imaging solutions specialist that has served its market for more than 25 years. ADS is led by Allison Ward, who believes UBEO is an optimal partner choice.
