Spring is in full bloom, and along with the tulips and daffodils, a pair of acquisitions have sprung from the ground in the office technology dealer space.
This week’s transactions feature Fisher’s Technology, which obtained Terrell’s Office Solutions, with several locations in Montana. Further west, Flex Technology Group picked up San Diego-based Copy Link, which will be rolled under FTG member company CBE Office Solutions but will continue to operate independently. Fisher’s Technology, the #1 Office Equipment and IT Services provider as voted by the Idaho Business Review, is excited to announce its continued expansion within Central and Eastern Montana. Fisher’s, which has been providing service in the Bozeman and Billings markets for over five years, has acquired Terrell’s Office Solutions as of May 2. Fisher’s also has Montana locations in Missoula, Great Falls, Helena, and Butte.
Fisher’s is similar to Terrell’s with offerings in copy/print technology and is also well-aligned in that their top priority is customer experience. Fisher’s also provides managed IT services, telephone systems, and document management solutions as well as a larger portfolio in production print and managed print services.
Fisher’s and Terrell’s teams will merge at Terrell’s Bozeman, MT location (215 Haggerty Ln, Bozeman, MT 59715) and Terrell’s Billings team will be moving into Fisher’s Billings location (2404 6th Ave N, Billings, MT 59101). Terrell’s Office Solutions is expected to be rebranded to Fisher’s Technology in July.

Mesa, Arizona-based Flex Technology Group (FTG) announced a new partnership with Copy Link, a premier office technology and solutions provider based in San Diego.
Copy Link was founded in 1990 by Kevin and Kimberley Marshall.
