Access Systems is pleased to announce the development of a new headquarters in Waukee, Iowa. Located on the corner of Alice’s Rd and SE Olson Drive, just east of the current HQ building, the new facility allows Access expansion into a large office campus providing a strong foundation to support growth and innovation.
Plans are complete and the groundbreaking will be on May 23. The new 30,000-square-foot facility features a two-story, open workspace concept dedicated to sales, business development, customer support, finance and billing, marketing and executive offices.
Not only is the dealer expanding, but it’s also making improvements and renovations to the former headquarters. The building will have a completely new appearance to reveal a contemporary space along with added employee amenities. This structure will continue to house the network operations center, warehouse and distribution, plus field service teams. The two buildings create a six-acre, 75,000-square-foot campus.
As Access Systems continues to build its future, the new campus will support growth and help attract the best talent. It sends a strong message to customers and competitors that Access Systems is deepening its roots in Iowa and the Midwest. While reinvesting in facilities, the dealer is making room for future job creation, creating much-needed space to streamline distribution, along with providing a facility that will enhance the employee experience.
Firmly planted in the Midwest, Access Systems’ central location and strong partnerships provide significant advantages. The creation of the Access Campus is a tangible step to demonstrate it is a stable, thriving company. Not only is this an investment for customers, it is also an investment in its team. Access Systems believes that a successful environment supports a transparent, collaborative, and innovative culture where its team can focus on better serving the customer’s needs.
The dealer is thrilled to welcome customers and partners to its new headquarters. The ultimate customer experience comes from the harmonization of people, technology, and knowledge, which is embodied in Access Systems’ new headquarters.
The dealer is excited to partner with Downing Construction on the development of the new headquarters. Access Systems is focused on the economic development in Waukee and is proud to be part of the growing Grand Prairie Parkway expansion connecting I80 and Hickman Rd (Hwy 6).
