After a torrid start to 2022, the M&A transactions wire has slowed up considerably, but it hasn’t come to a complete stop. One deal was reported this week involving the acquisition of an MPS business.
Imagetec L.P. of McHenry, Illinois, completed an asset purchase of Addison, Illinois-based ITsavvy’s managed print services group. Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as the advisor to ITsavvy, and its owners, Mike Theriault and Chris Kurpeikis, on the sale to Imagetec. The terms of the transaction are confidential.
