Prosperity Plus Management Consulting Inc. announced that Scheffer’s Office Furniture & Business Machines of Sikeston, Missouri, has been acquired by Lakeland Office Systems of Springfield, Missouri. Prosperity Plus acted as an advisor to Bonnie and Sonny Scheffer throughout the transaction.
Established in 1995, Scheffer’s has been servicing southeast Missouri with state-of-the-art products and services. Scheffer’s creates working environments for any type of business with machines, furniture and accessories. It offers traditional executive desks to cafeteria seating, printing solutions and everything in between. The company is a one-stop-shop for all office needs.

Lakeland Office Systems, Inc. was founded in 1985 by two former field technicians. Taking their experience working with one of the largest copier manufacturers in the world, and their combined 33 years of experience, the founders created Lakeland with the primary goal of putting the customer first. Lakeland has serviced “the Four States” — Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas — for more than 30 years. It provides printer systems, managed print services, document management, software solutions and managed IT services all with outstanding customer service.
