This week we ask Susan Tourville, executive vice president with Northeast Photocopy in Appleton, WI, what products, solutions or services are hot and what’s not in her market.

What’s hot?

Tourville: Workflow automation, not only with prints but the workflow that surrounds it. That’s how we get meetings with C-level people. They don’t want to talk about copiers and printers.

What’s not?

Tourville: Basic bidding on copiers. People still need copiers, but we’re trying to teach our sales people that we don’t sell ‘copiers’ anymore.
