There are several lawsuits currently winding their way through courts around the world and Charlie is monitoring all of them. The one-hour session will examine how previous lawsuits have formed today’s competitive landscape for OEMs and third-party supplies vendors in the United States. It then reviews the current legal activities of OEMs in various regions and examines what the ramifications are for the rulings in these cases, particularly in regard to a reseller’s current consumables portfolio. After exploring what the industry should expect to see in future cases, Brewer will present an overview of his findings and answer questions from Webinar attendees.
