Oh boy is this great! I say that because this is the week when we start profiling the office imaging industry’s top sales reps.
In case you missed it, The Week in Imaging and the Print4Pay Hotel started soliciting nominations starting the end of January and continuing through the middle of May to find the industry’s top sales reps. During the next four weeks we will be celebrating these reps in both publications.
It was a pleasure and an inspiration to interview each of these reps about their careers in the industry, their successes, and the challenges they face doing what they do every day. They’ve all got a good story to tell.
I know some dealers were hesitant to nominate their reps out of fear that this would be a recruiting tool for their competitors. That’s a legitimate concern although all of the reps I interviewed are perfectly happy in their current position and have no desire to move elsewhere. That’s good news for the dealerships that have nurtured them over the years and watched them grow and succeed.
