It’s back to business as usual. It’s also time once again for a look at the trends that are going to shape the imaging and office technology, services, and solutions industry in 2013. Each week throughout the month of January, I’ll be presenting anywhere from two to four or more of these trend pieces. The format will vary, some are essays written by leading players in the industry and some are Q&A’s or short pieces written by me after interviewing a key player. Some of these trends pieces may be revelations, some may underscore what you already know, and some may be open to discussion. Anyway you cut these they’re all food for thought. For those who have yet to respond to my request for a trends piece or a short interview. There’s still time. Just send me an e-mail.
Finally, because so many newsletter subscribers were out of the office the past two weeks, I’ve included the last group of 2012 highlights along with a link to all the others published throughout the month of December in this issue as well. To be honest I wish I could have included more of them however, not everyone had the time to share their highlight or responded to my highlight requests. Maybe next year I’ll bat .1000 on those highlight requests.
