Ready or not here comes 2013. But before we go there I want to thank everyone, readers, sponsors, and those of you who respond to my many interview and editorial requests throughout the year. As I enter my 27th year writing about imaging and office technology I consider myself extremely lucky to be one of the last few true journalists still standing. It’s an honor and a privilege to have stumbled upon this industry all those years ago. When I first got here I thought I’d do it for a year and then get back into covering the entertainment industry where I got my start. Well things don’t always go as planned and here I am right where I thought I didn’t want to be…except this is where I want to be.
I’m not sure what I’d do if I weren’t doing this. Admittedly it’s a huge challenge putting together a weekly publication and trying to make a living doing it, however, I expect 2013 to be even better than 2012, which was a huge improvement over the previous year. So thanks everyone for your support and please keep reading, commenting, and passing the newsletter along to others in your organization. Also be forewarned, I have some changes in store for the coming year that are going to make The Week in Imaging even better.
Happy New Year!
