December marks the beginning of the third year of The Week in Imaging (TWII). It’s great to still be here and I feel extremely lucky to be one of the last true journalists covering this industry still standing. It’s been a wild and rewarding first two years. I think I’ve put together some compelling content. It’s not easy producing a weekly publication, especially when I’m pretty much a one-man band, but somehow, some way, the content keeps flowing and the light bulb above my head keeps turning on and supplying me with new ideas.
As TWII moves into its third year expect to see many of the same popular editorial features and departments such as the Elite Dealers, The Top 40 Most Influential People in the Imaging Industry, The Top 40 Solutions & Services Providers that Should be on Every Dealer’s Radar, Yearly Highlights, Industry Trends, What’s Hot & What’s Not, and Off the Record. But also expect to see new departments related to the imaging technology, services, and solutions space throughout the next 12 months.
If you’re a reader, please stick around, this is going to keep getting better as it evolves and grows. And please encourage others in your organization to become a subscriber. It’s free. You can do that at www.theweekinimaging.com.
If you’re a provider of technology, services, or solutions, I’d love to have you as a sponsor. TWII is still growing and you’ll be in on the ground floor of a publication that’s going to be a must read as more dealers and resellers discover the publication. I’ve got some other changes in store for the coming year, including a redesign of the Website and some partnerships with key organizations that will drive more traffic to the Website and boost the number of subscribers to the weekly newsletter.
I’m having a great time doing this on my own, but the more readers and sponsors, and partners, the merrier.
New content this week includes:
- Rolling With Canon’s UniFlow
- RJ Young Elite Dealer Profile
- Copiers Northwest Elite Dealer Profile
- Art Post’s Thanksgiving Sales Memory
- What’s Hot & What’s Not?
- November News Bytes
