There are a few causes for the M600 series printers to display the 13.A2.D2 input jam i.e. worn rollers, defective pick up drive assembly (as the most common) but the least obvious is a broken/missing gear that transfers drive to the pick up roller, shown with paper feed roller removed.
This gear is not available alone however is included on the paper feed shaft assembly RM1-8424 as shown.
