HP maintenance kit count resets have previously been in a startup or pre-boot menu but the following applies to the addressed printer series.
From printer’s home ready screen:
Scroll down to > “ADMINISTRATION” > “MANAGE SUPPLIES” > “RESET SUPPLIES” then select “NEW MAINTENANCE KIT”
The LaserJet M800 series (M806 and M830MFP) have the maintenance reset built into new fusers and will reset the maintenance count upon fuser replacement/power up.
