Usherwood Office Technology Celebrates Year of Expansion in 2025 Fiscal Kickoff at Turning Stone

Syracuse, NY (Oct. 21, 2024) – On Oct. 11th, Usherwood Office Technology celebrated the end of the technology provider’s fiscal year and the start of a new one. In the kickoff conference, Usherwood employees from across the Northeast gathered at Turning Stone Resort in Verona, New York, to recap the fiscal year 2024 and network with colleagues.

During 2024, Usherwood hired 25 new employees across the Northeast, achieved record sales, generated $44.1 million in revenue, and opened an additional office in Plymouth, MA. As the leading regional provider of IT solutions, managed print, cloud communications technology, and security solutions in the Northeast, Usherwood has big plans to continue this growth into the 2025 fiscal year and beyond.

Usherwood also achieved exceptional client service and satisfaction, advancing its mission to provide outstanding client experiences. Usherwood’s Net Promoter Score, a loyalty metric derived from customer reviews, was 92.54 for 2024, beating giants such as T-Mobile with a score of 82 and Amazon with 73. Usherwood averaged a call wait time of 5 seconds, and closed an average of 85 tickets per day by the Technical Service Center and Client Services teams.

With this historic year for Usherwood came some sad news as well, with the passing of beloved co-founder Charlie Usherwood Sr. in June. Reflecting on his father’s legacy, Usherwood CEO Lou Usherwood had this to say:

“My dad was very proud of the company that he started and was close to many who are still here. He played an active part in the lives of his children, grandchildren and was boastful of his four great-grandchildren. He will be sadly missed.”

With over 7,000 clients and 157 employees to date, Usherwood’s mission is continually pushed forward by its committed employees that embody the company philosophy of “whatever it takes.”

Usherwood is looking towards the future of cybersecurity, compliance, and marketing, as Lindsay Usherwood spoke of the intersection of process and resiliency in these areas.

“The common thread is that without process, cybersecurity, compliance, and marketing can’t be successful. That in turn affects our ability to deliver the best possible service to our clients,” Lindsay said. “Heading into 2025, we must prioritize the creation of meaningful processes to elevate our clients to success.”

Looking ahead into 2025, Usherwood Office Technology has already moved forward in creating several jobs for local professionals across its served regions.

“With the vast geography Usherwood covers in the Northeast, it is always special to have the entire team together to celebrate our success and look forward to the future. Our team should be extremely proud of the work accomplished this past year,” said Usherwood President Ken Stinson.

“We are in a position to experience explosive growth and plan to add 15 new sales professionals to the team in 2025. I am excited to see where the future takes us.”
