Epson to Showcase Latest Hospitality Technology at FSTEC 2024

Los Alamitos, CA (Sept. 10, 2024) – As restaurants continue to look for reliable solutions to support their businesses, Epson today announced plans to showcase its wide variety of technology solutions for hospitality at FSTEC 2024, the leading foodservice technology conference. Demonstrating a range of solutions for hospitality businesses – check-out, labeling, kitchen, and digital signage – the Epson booth (#425) will offer visitors the opportunity to explore the latest solutions designed to prioritize accuracy and efficiency in hospitality operations.

“Point of sale and labeling systems are crucial for customer satisfaction, so it’s essential for restaurants to use technology that ensures accuracy and efficiency to get orders correct on the first try,” said David Vander Dussen, product manager, business systems division, Epson America Inc. “FSTEC attendees will have an opportunity to see not only the POS solutions that retailers have come to rely on from Epson, but also the many other solutions we provide that are designed to help businesses succeed in facilitating checkout, streamlining operations and enhancing the customer experience.”

Epson will be showcasing the following solutions in its booth:

  • Traditional check-out – Epson POS receipt printers offer lightning-fast print speeds and flexible connectivity between multiple devices to help hospitality businesses deliver the best customer experience in high-volume environments.
  • Mobile check-out – The OmniLink mSeries offer a modern compact design, engineered for versatile connectivity, performance and reliability for hospitality environments, even in tight spaces. Mobilink portable receipt printers offer a sleek and rugged design with enhanced connectivity, providing high-quality prints on-the-go.
  • Kitchen printing – Combining exceptional performance and fast, high-quality output with the design known as a restaurant industry standard, the new TM-U220II impact kitchen and receipt printer allows for online ordering and mPOS and PC-POS systems support for today’s busy environments.
  • Liner-free labeling – The OmniLink TM-L100 liner-free thermal label printer offers broad media support to help streamline processes and improve efficiency in the way hospitality businesses serve customers and meet demands for digital orders, including item labeling, buy-online-pickup-in-store (BOPIS) and delivery.
  • On-demand color labeling – The compact ColorWorks C4000 color label printer offers restaurants an easy solution for adding high-quality color to labeling to improve branding of in-house produced items, print color coupons and reduce delivery errors with color coding.
  • Immersive projection – The PowerLite 810E extreme short throw lamp-free laser display offers 4K Enhancement1 and is capable of a 160-inch image merely inches away from the wall, making it an ideal alternative to LED walls or multi-panel display panels. With the sleek and versatile ELPCS01 Mobile Projector Cart (sold separately), corporate headquarters are able to easily transport the projector to transform nearly any wall into a larger-than-life display.

The FSTEC 2024 Marketplace will be open Monday, Sept. 16 from 3:30-6:30 p.m. and Tuesday, Sept. 17 from 12:45-5:45 p.m. at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center. Click here for additional information about Epson’s hospitality solutions.
