Fisher’s Technology Welcomes New Vice President of IT Services

Boise, ID (June 6, 2024) — Fisher’s Technology, #1 IT & Tech Support and Cybersecurity provider as voted by the Idaho Business Review, is excited to announce Joshua Van Berkum as the new vice president of IT services. Joshua officially began his role on May 13, overseeing the Fisher’s managed IT team.

Van Berkum brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in the IT sector. With over 18 years of experience in IT leadership roles, he has demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing innovative technology solutions, driving digital transformation, and enhancing cybersecurity measures.

Van Berkum attended Michigan State University and Bakar College earning a degree in Computer Information Systems. His career started at a high-end reseller company, then transitioned into Microsoft training. At 24 years of age, he started working for himself, which eventually led to selling his managed services provider (MSP) 18 years later.
