Downingtown, PA (Oct. 25, 2023) – Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group served as the advisor to Hunter Business Systems, LLC and Laser Tone Business Systems, LLC and its owners Steve Martin and Marianne Doherty, on the sales of assets of both companies to Marco Technologies. Terms of the transaction are confidential.
Hunter Business Systems, headquartered in Monroe Township, New Jersey (50 miles southwest of New York City), was owned and operated by Martin and Doherty. Hunter, founded in 1993, was a full-line authorized Canon and Lexmark dealer as well as a wide-format authorized Ricoh dealer and sold and serviced office equipment to customers throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Laser Tone Business Systems, headquartered in Milford, Delaware, was acquired by Martin and Doherty in 2007 as a laser printer repair company. Over the last 16 years, the company transitioned the organization to a full-line authorized Canon, Ricoh and Lexmark dealer that sold and serviced copiers, printers and MFPs throughout the Delmarva Peninsula.
