BTA’s ProFinance 3.0 to Be Held March 8-9

Kansas City, MO (Feb. 17, 2023) — On March 8-9, the Business Technology Association (BTA) will host its ProFinance 3.0 workshop at BTA member dealership Novatech Inc. in Nashville, Tennessee. Space is limited for this workshop and registrants are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, so register today to reserve your spot.

Since 2001, the principles taught in this workshop have dramatically improved the performance of hundreds of dealerships. ProFinance 3.0 has evolved to adapt to industry changes and has incorporated those changes into the new industry model. The model consists of more than 30 key benchmarks, including those for MPS, and has helped dealerships achieve double-digit operating income.

John Hey and Todd Johnson of Strategic Business Associates lead the workshop. They will share their knowledge from more than 25 years of building some of the largest dealerships in North America and their experience advising many of the most successful companies in the industry.

The hands-on training provides practical ideas that can be put into action immediately. It will give attendees a competitive edge vital in today’s marketplace through proven sales and service plans, effective management bonus programs and critical organizational strategies.

ProFinance 3.0 is one of BTA’s longest-running educational workshops and has received many positive reviews through the years. Among the comments from recent attendees:

  • “It [the information] was all very helpful. It was nice to see what components we are following and what we can review and do better. It was also very helpful to have time to talk with others. I learned a lot from each section and really enjoyed the compensation and culture sections.”
    — Destre Crawford, Standley Systems, Chickasha, Oklahoma
  • “I loved everything! So informative! I learned a lot and really connected all the departments together. Some people may be so compartmentalized they don’t realize the other parts of the business need attention. Including culture is important and some leaders feel culture makes itself, instead of them needing to create and cultivate the culture. Todd was an exceptional speaker and very motivating.”
—Katie Maggs, Solutions YES LLC, Portland, Oregon
  • “The model was extremely helpful to cross reference what we’re doing today and how it stacks up. The timing of the training was perfect. You can tell both gentlemen have been doing this for years. Having them be part of our industry helps tremendously. Bravo!”
    — Mike Fair, Pulse Technology, Schaumburg, Illinois
