(dba RPG Squarefoot Solutions) and its owners, Laura and Mark Kadonoff, on the purchase of assets of Digital Color Ink LLC. Terms of the transaction are confidential.

Digital Color Ink LLC, located in Jessup, Maryland, with a branch office in Charlotte, North Carolina, was founded in 2002 by Jay Udovich and Carew Alley, and was owned and operated by Udovich, Alley and Steve Mills. Digital Color Ink provides customers with graphics printing solutions and graphics printing equipment including wide-format devices and related graphic supplies.
