New Windsor, NY (March 4, 2019) — DocuWare, provider of cloud solutions for document management and workflow automation, announces Jim Roberts as the new president of DocuWare Corporation. Based in the New York office, Roberts will be responsible for the Americas. Co-presidents Dr. Michael Berger and Max Ertl will continue to lead the company globally.
This appointment is a clear reflection of the company’s drive to maintain its ambitious growth targets. With over 2,000 cloud customers at the start of 2019 and 12,000 active customers total across more than 90 countries, DocuWare is fired up for continued success in the content services market.

In his new role, Roberts will report directly to Ertl, heading up sales for the Americas. With decades of leadership experience and a proven record of taking customer- and process-centric companies to the next level of sales and expansion, he will also oversee the general U.S office. Previously, Roberts was vice president, global sales at Telesis. Prior to that he was the head of sales and marketing at Mettler-Toledo International Inc.
