Terms of the transaction are confidential.
Phillips Office Solutions represents a milestone in Marco’s history as it is nearly twice the size of any of Marco’s other 41 acquisitions. Phillips not only signifies Marco’s entry into the East Coast, but it also establishes a regional hub which positions Marco for ongoing growth and additional expansion in large populated eastern markets.
Phillips has a stellar reputation with its customers and has been active with charitable organizations throughout its community where Phillips has enjoyed tremendous success, growth and profitability. Phillips offers customers document management and office automation solutions; copiers, printers, MFPs, production print and managed print services; facilities management, content management, document storage, conversion services and shredding; and managed IT and cloud services. Phillips was a full-line authorized KYOCERA (its second-largest dealer in the United States), Konica Minolta and Sharp dealer. Phillips also sold and serviced Hyland, Canon wide format, Duplo, Formax, Lexmark, Riso, KIP and HP products and IT solutions.
