Bellevue, NE (Aug. 14, 2018) — Tigerpaw Software, creator of the technology services industry’s first and most complete end-to-end business automation platform, has added Joel Vaslow to its company’s leadership team as the new chief operating officer.
Vaslow will call on his more than 20 years of professional services and strategy experience to oversee day-to-day operations and nearly 50 employees throughout Tigerpaw’s seven departments — development, quality assurance, support, training and implementation, IT, sales, marketing and finance.
“Joel is a quality individual that is already making tremendous strides in helping us operationally manage the wonderful growth we’re experiencing at Tigerpaw,” Tigerpaw President & CEO James Foxall says. “And we’re excited to have him help steer us toward new growth.”
Vaslow previously served as COO at The MSR Group and held leadership and project management roles at Service Management Group, FedEx, Sprint and the U.S. Air Force. He has also supported multiple Fortune 500 brands, including Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and Walgreens.
He received both his doctorate and master’s degrees in industrial/organizational psychology from Tulane University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
Vaslow says Tigerpaw appealed to him because of the combination of quirky, fun and friendly culture and job duties that spoke to his strengths.
“Everybody believes in this place, the product and the way we treat our customers,” he says. “My No. 1 job as a leader is to serve others, and one of the biggest things I can do when serving others is to remove barriers and help other people excel at what they’re good at. I love doing that.”
