Fort Worth, TX (Sept. 13, 2017) — ECi Software Solutions, a leader in industry-specific information technology solutions, today announced that David Collyer has joined the company as senior vice president of Global Customer Experience. Collyer will direct customer services, including the support, training, and implementations teams, to further ECi’s focus on anticipating and meeting customers’ needs to ensure their continued success. Based in the Fort Worth headquarters, he reports directly to President and COO, Trevor Gruenewald.
“David brings more than 20 years of customer services operations and leadership experience to his role here at ECi,” said Gruenewald. “He has demonstrated excellence in creating and managing customer programs within software and e-commerce companies, from small start-ups to Fortune 50 enterprises. His breadth of experience along with his commitment to deliver an ongoing world-class experience for our customers is what we need to help take our support and services to the next level. Collyer comes to ECi from One Technologies, LP, a direct-to-consumer mobile products company, where he was Vice President of Customer Care. He also held customer services executive management roles at Intel Corporation, ReachLocal, Sun Microsystems, Inc., AOL Time Warner, Inc., Netscape, and iMall Incorporated including a position as board chair for Blue Ocean Commerce.
