CBE Office Solutions, Southern California’s premier office technology provider, has acquired QLAN Corporation of Laguna Hills, CA, effective immediately. The companies will now operate under the CBE Office Solutions brand and management team.
QLAN Corporation has provided 24/7 network support, software and data security solutions to the Southern California business community since 1991. According to Tarek Hafiz, president of CBE Office Solutions, the acquisition reflects his ongoing commitment to growing the company’s Information Technology (I.T.) division and its managed network services business.
