(October 2016) – Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as advisors to Document and Network Technologies, Inc. (DNT), and its owners David Wilson, Michael Golinvaux, and Chris Albert on the sale of assets to Marco. Terms of the transaction are confidential.
Marco has consummated 32 acquisitions, and its acquisition of DNT along with its 80 employees and 3,400 customers is Marco’s largest acquisition to date.
