Jack will be responsible for heading up the recently announced REACH Leadership Development Academy, the next level of leadership training.
From the start of his career, Duncan has played an integral role in various positions within the office technology industry. He has held Service Management, Technical Management, Director of Service and VP of Service postions at prominent dealerships and manufacturers including Ricoh Corporation and ASI Business Solutions in Dallas, TX. In addition, he held a position on the board of the OMD User Group, teaching many classes before opening his own consulting firm, JDC – Jack Duncan Consulting where he developed and taught Service Managers University and consulted dealerships nationwide. Most recently, Duncan took a position as VP of Service for Standley Systems, the largest dealership in Oklahoma, transitioning the Service Department from good to elite.
