• This year, the average total compensation for sales managers reached $152,557, an increase of less than 2% from 2015.
• The average hours worked per week has reach a new high of 62 hours for sales managers this year.
• Nearly 60% of sales managers reported that they are satisfied or very satisfied with their jobs on the whole.
• One of a sales manager’s biggest obstacles in 2016 is recruiting sales representatives with a true hunter mentality, especially within MPS.
