Mr. Nori Ina, President and CEO of Kyocera Document Solutions America (KDA), announced in a letter to dealers that he would be leaving KDA and returning to KDC. The text of the letter is below:
Dear Valued Kyocera Document Solutions America Dealer,
It is with mixed emotions that I announce to you, I will be leaving KDA and returning to KDC. My last day at KDA will be April 1st.
I would say of all of the wonderful experiences I have had in my five years as President and CEO of the KDA Group, nothing will ever eclipse the opportunities I have had to speak with so many of you in my travels across the Americas and at various channel partner events. I have learned so much from you and how your entrepreneurship and passion for your business fuels your growth. These conversations have truly helped to ensure that KDA continues to operate our business with a dealer-centric strategy. This is part of KDA’s business culture – our DNA. It shall not change, even though I am passing the torch to a new KDA leader. I can assure you that KDA’s dealer-centric approach will continue, as we strive to build our business together.
I am pleased to announce that Mr. Yukio Ikeda will be joining KDA as its new President and CEO, effective April 1st. Since his tenure at KDA, he has successfully managed the Kyocera Italy office to become one of the most successful European sales organizations. He brings that experience, combined with his knowledge of our KDA operations which, when combined with your support, will mean a quick and smooth transition.
Once again, thank you for all your support over the last five years. I leave KDA with many fond memories and strong hopes for the future, and wish all of you much success in your future achievements.
Regards,
Nori Ina
