February 2016 – The law offices of Mike Dudek, a Downingtown PA-based firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions, have announced that they served as legal counsel and provided legal advice and services to Anthony Marimon and Marimon Business Systems, Inc. on the purchase of the assets a Managed Services Provider (MSP) named Driskill IT Solutions, Inc.

Driskill IT Solutions, an MSP located in Houston, Texas, was owned and operated by Buddy Driskill, President. Driskill provides Managed Services and IT services and solutions including on-site IT assessments, help desk, remote monitoring, hosted exchange and cloud services to customers located throughout the Houston market. Buddy Driskill will remain with Marimon Business Systems to continue to run the acquired business.
