Managed Services Provider (MSP) partners now have free access to a powerful lights out management solution that includes Remote Power Management capabilities as well as Keyboard, Video & Mouse (KVM) control, allowing them to perform PC asset maintenance and repairs remotely, regardless of the PC’s power state or operating system (OS).

With KVM control, MSPs simply connect to an unresponsive Windows PC and start a remote console session to diagnose and repair the machine without impacting the user.
