Charlotte, NC, September 28, 2015 – Carolina Wholesale Group (‘CWG’) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Smoltz Distributing, Inc. The addition of Smoltz Distributing further complements CWG’s position as the nation’s preferred distributor of office products and renews focus to the evolving Dictation, Transcription, Voice Processing System Solutions market. The acquisition gives CWG strengthened relationships with key vendors, dealers, and vertical markets.
