Russ brings 30 years of imaging channel experience to BEI Services. He was founder and President of Alamo Copier Systems of New Mexico. Russ has also held various levels of service, operations and sales management positions with IKON Office Solutions, Lanier Worldwide, Global Imaging Systems and the independent dealer channel, where he drove his teams to exceed industry benchmarks, dramatically improved operational efficiencies and maximized gross profit. He has been recognized for his expertise by being awarded Service Manager of the Year during his tenure at IKON Office Solutions and being the recipient of the Lanier Gold World Class Service Award two years in a row.
